Originally from Vermont, I moved to the Bay nearly 14 years ago. My background is in restaurant operations, accounting, finance, and banking. To escape the cold, I received my Certified Strength and Conditioning License (CSCS) and moved to California. I was able to work with a range of clients who had various health and healing goals. During this time, I also ran and managed extended day programs for K-5 schools, serving over 10,000 students. I loved being directly involved with the growth of my community, as well as helping to shape our future leaders. Exercise, nutrition, and a balanced lifestyle have always been important to me. I am excited to be working with my community and to meet patients where they are on a mental, physical, and spiritual level.

Hi,

My name is Patrick and I’m a 3rd year student at AIMC. Outside of school I work as a corrective exercise specialist and focus on pain management, injury recovery, and injury prevention. In the course of treatment, I provide patients with individualized corrective exercise plans, along with non-invasive lifestyle modifications to promote wellness and treat dis-ease in the body.

The body has a remarkable ability to heal itself, the process of healing is simply knowing how to provide one’s body with the resources and direction needed to regain its natural balance. Integrative medicine offers a wide scope of practice, and we have a myriad of tools at our disposal to promote the body’s healing mechanisms.

Treatment and the path to wellness is a partnership. We will work together to develop an individualized wellness plan and set goals for what we can accomplish during the course of treatment.

Thank you for your consideration🙏
